Fill out start-up form
To arrange your free initial interview, please fill out our online start-up form. We will contact you immediately for an appointment at the Treuhandzentrum Zurich. Appointments on working days are possible within 24 hours.
Free first consultation
In a first meeting, we will discuss your individual situation and propose the most suitable legal form for you. We will also inform you about favorable insurance and tax optimization options including the necessary documents and contracts; and we will advise you on an optimal accounting solution..
Preparation of the necessary documents
We prepare all the necessary foundation documents for you. Where necessary, we will carry out sector-specific clarifications for your professional permit.
We accompany you to the notary's office for signing and certification of the founding documents. Even better: We take care of the notary's procedure, so you save time and are able to concentrate on your business.
Commercial Register Entry
After notarization, your company can be entered in the Commercial Register. Congratulations on the successful foundation of your company!
